Ah now this is a tricky one because they keep changing – sometimes from day to day – so I can only give you the “standard” international regulations that mostly don’t change. So we look at such things as the responsibility and privileges of private and student pilots. The use of booze and drugs, reckless and negligent flying, flight time limitations, right of way, minimum altitudes, towing objects, dropping objects, parachute drops, VFR and IFR (visual flight rules and instrument flight rules. Then you have to know about flight levels and altitudes, the semicircular height rule and when it is OK to smoke in an aeroplane. All good stuff to keep you safe.
