The Flying Exercises

Okay, this is the really fun part I will lead you by the hand and take you through all the flying exercises you learn during your training. Such things as the effects of the controls, taxiing, straight and level flight, climbing, descending, gliding, stalling, medium and steep turns, taking off, landing, crosswind landings, spinning and incipient spins. The greatest flight of your life – your first solo. You will also learn how to side-slip, do low flying safely, how to do a precautionary landing and a forced landing and how to navigate on a cross country flight. And how to do instrument flying. Finally you will learn about night flying and aerobatics – which are not part of normal PPL training but are brilliant add-ons for later.
